My experience at Kingsbridge was great overall. The staff provided excellent service, catering to my family's needs very quickly and professionally. My kids particularly enjoyed interacting with the staff, which is always a plus when traveling with children. However, my experience at another hotel was quite the opposite due to rude staff and a lack of basic services, which was very disappointing.
